Description
This product add-on turns your practice’s fillable forms and integrates them as part of the Jet Virtual Consults workflow. Your forms will then appear on the app, capture their information, remember patient entries, collect their signatures and save them as PDF files in a HIPAA-compliant cloud folder. You can easily download the completed PDF files for further processing.
Please keep in mind this is custom development work done by our Software Engineering team and it takes about 3 to 4 weeks to develop and integrate into the app. This custom work is charged by page 8.5″ x 11″, which is between 25 to 30 lines and/or 30 input fields. This implements basic logic for input validation for data formats only.
